Advanced closure notice: Our Canadian warehouse will be closed for inventory from Wednesday, April 23 - Saturday, April 27. All orders will begin processing on Monday, April 28.
Regular notice: Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday eastern time hours of 7am to 2pm (usually the last carrier pick up time). We are closed on major Canadian holidays.
We do not ship outside of Canada and the United States, please see our international stores/partners to order in your country.
The warehouse tries to process orders to be picked up from the carrier within 1 to 5 business days. It often only takes a day or two, but can be longer during busier seasons, just after holidays, or if we have to make a transfer of stock from one warehouse to the other. When you order from our website, you will get a tracking number. The email may end up in your spam box, so please check it and track the package. If a package is returned to us because you were not available to receive it, we reserve the right to charge to reship.
